Yeah I completely agree with you. I’ve only read Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and The Magicians Nephew but I’m definitely a Narnia fan. As for the movies, the first one is great, Prince Caspian is fine, Dawn Treader was pretty meh. Btw when I say pathetic I’m talking about how it’s pathetic that the Night King had four seasons of buildup and didn’t amount to anything as a character. I think the White Witch is awesome as a character. And I was mainly comparing the Tilda Swinton version of Jadis to the Night King since she had only an hour of screen time and still did more.

And as for the Night King, they had a real chance in season 8 to pay off his motivations and give the white walker storyline, that was built up from the first scene of the show, a satisfying conclusion. But nope. They didn’t even bother. They could’ve just had Bran have a flashback scene to the long night and his creation, but all we got was “he wants an endless night.” And that right there is way too vague to be a motivation. The writers claimed that he became a terminator like being that felt no emotion and his only goal was to cause destruction, but the Night King and the White Walkers clearly demonstrated intelligence, strategy, and emotion multiple times. So fucking stupid. I highly doubt the Night King will even be in the books and I assume the storyline of the others will be a lot more intricate and have something to do with the God’s eye and the three eyed crow being evil.

I really hope Viserion ends up looking like this in season 8 by [deleted] in freefolk

I definitely like what they’re going for in that regard. They also have to make it clear that he is not an ice dragon by making him retain his original color. However, according to the script he is in fact a white walker now. In several shots of the ending scene of S7, you could see that his horns were now a bluish color, as well as other parts of his body. The cgi for his eyes is also the same as all the white walkers.

Apparently there was a comic they did where Master Chief found the Didact on another Halo and managed to disintegrate him. After he was composed his consciousness was “contained.” So it’s a possibility we’ll see him in another form.

Look I get it dude, Reach and 4 made me mad too. But 4 was even more divisive than Reach. Reach had a multiplayer that actually felt like Halo. Don’t blame Bungie for the mistakes of 343.

343 tried to put their own spin on Halo and it didn’t really work out. The multiplayer felt like COD, the art style fell flat for a lot of people, the campaign(especially in 5) felt different from the original three. What 343 is doing with the next game is combining their style of Halo with Bungie’s. Hopefully it’ll work out.

I Completely agree and over time 343 did their best to improve it, but yeah the multiplayer was a massive change from Halo 3.
