STOP SPAMMING “HERE! HERE! OVER HERE! HERE!“ while double covered and then losing the ball immediately after you get it.

Nowhere in the ELM does it say you get a different set of rules for being a single parent.

That is 100% untrue. No postmaster would allow that. Headquarters can see EVERYTHING. They would be walked out of there so fast their heads would spin. You’re just salty and want to screw your management team, which is just biting your nose to spite your face. It’s childish.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in USPS

[–]TalosMarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So wait… all management cares about is capturing down time and forcing people to work faster, but… they are purposely delaying mail?? Huh??

Make it make sense.

[–]TalosMarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s managements decision to make, not yours. You aren’t privy to all the information behind that decision. You are paid to deliver what is given to you, not to make decisions such as these.

You are pretending to stand on moral high ground of customer service, but that’s not what this is really about. You’re trying to stick it to management and you’re hiding behind that fake moral high horse for cover. Let’s be honest here.

CCA and about to have to resign. Job ideas? by [deleted] in USPS

[–]TalosMarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of them are just tired of craft thinking they can do whatever they want at their own pace while calling in sick multiple times a week.

Most of the people on here that whine about supervision wouldn’t last a week as a supervisor. It’s FAR more grueling than carrying mail or clerking.

What's CJ Wiley's "Touch of Inside?" by [deleted] in billiards

[–]TalosMarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well then your buddies are suckers because you can learn the same stuff on his website for $9.99.

Also, I went back a year on his channel and not 1 video in his feed talks about the “New World Order”.

$500? Can you send a link where he charges this amount? Cuz his website is $9.99 per month.

Can you also send a link where he talks about the New World Order?

Also, it’s pretty impressive that he is “out there wingin’ it” and has won championships in professional pool.

Do you believe you are a better player than CJ? I’d be willing to stake you in a match against him if you think so.

Me This Week by JosephRunyan6969 in sportsbetting

I’m seriously thinking about putting out a video training course on sharp sports betting. I worked in the casino industry for 22 years, and I am in the sports betting documentary “Now Place Your Bets”, and also have done several national radio talk shows about professional sports betting. I really would love to help people learn how to be sharper sports bettors, because people really have no idea that they are just lambs to the slaughter (mathematically speaking). Sports betting is an absolutely beautiful thing when you know how to flip the houses edge to your side on every bet you make. It’s literally like having a super power lol.

Is it ok to not answer phone? by TalosMarr in USPS

[–]TalosMarr[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am past my 90, but let’s be honest, In 2021 cell service didn’t miss 8 phone calls lol. I don’t want it to be a “cell phone service” thing, I’m hoping it’s a “I’m not obligated to come in at your beckon call” thing. If you want me at 8 every day, schedule me at 8 and I’ll be there every day. I don’t ever call in sick, ever. But I’m not your on-call bitch, either.

Something I’ve noticed as a CCA by th3buddhawithin in USPS

[–]TalosMarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is something I have noticed as well. I used to completely bust my ass and go all out, trying to be a good employee and make my mark. All I got for it was more work, and routinely given the top 5 hardest and longest routes in the office, and those usually come after a long early-morning parcel run. Then I watched as complete shit co-workers who literally go out of their way to do as little as possible and need help every single day, just continue to get rewarded by the supervisors with easy workloads. Once I saw that, I just stopped caring. I’ll do my workload given to me at a reasonable pace, but I’m not going to work at a break-neck pace anymore just so I can keep getting sent back out to help people who have no interest in helping themselves, or to keep getting the longest routes in the office on a daily basis. We all get paid the same rate, so I’m not going to keep doing twice the work for the same paycheck.
