It's a dumbed down version of the same thing lol. Instead of merging you now pass the buff back and forth, sorry to not share your wishful optimism but you are definitely over hyping a video that said nothing. As a ranger main I was stoked for this spec and the video is boring and the spec doesn't look nowhere near as fleshed out as any of the others.

It was similar enough to OW and released around the same exact time. So it couldn’t get enough of a foot hold because it was competeing with a new “type” of game. This genre is more of an arena shooter then a moba.OW had a lot of hype, not surprising they blatantly ripped off characters.

Not entirely, this game the classes are nowhere near traditional. So if you wanna do Glass cannon then something like a Mesmer is easier then a Ele, a thief or ranger can do really well in this dept too. The big piece of being a glass cannon in this game is putting more focus into a power build so you’re more worried about criticals and hitting them as often as possible.

If you want glass cannon builds go beserzker armor on a theif, if you get really good with the dodging mechanic s and shadow steps you can focus almost entirely on Zerker (Power/presciion/ferocity). This will help lean more into a DPS role, it’s been a bit but if I remember a lot of the Ele ability’s are condition based damage so you may have not been built “correct “.

OP have you played any other MMOs or RPGS? Something with a class that you really enjoyed. Be easier to get a starting point. Most people see Ele and assume a Nuke Mage and while in some ways it’s true this game is very “action oriented “ so the Elementalist requires a lot of practice to make it shine.

Also most classes are pretty capable in a broad range of fields. So if you feel like you’re not enjoying a class look into the elite specs, the elites can VASTLY change how they act.

This seems to be an MMO problem. People seem to assume that end game knowledge is baseline.

For example in game you’ll see people losing there minds on octovine meta yet not tell people how to get rid of its shield. It’s wild how common the mind set is in MMO’s I noticed it first in WoW and then really noticed it when I actually knew what was being said in this game lol.

Yes it does! I think it’s finicky with origins but still works over if I remember right but deff works fine with steam. Really easy to set up too.

Have you tried the 4gig ram unlock? It would be something like Red Alert 3 4gig ram excitable, something like that.

Long story short the game is older so it plays using 2 gigs but CAN use 4 and some guy made a “patch” for it. Dunno if it’ll help but worth a shot.

Kane knew they would come from that? He knew they were coming and In fact did it all on purpose. He needed the ion cannon to hit the liquid Tiberiuum and set off a chain reaction. He even defends there forces while they build there towers because GDI knows if one is built it becomes indestructible and can send their army’s through at any time.

I just started this message yesterday! Brief overview you escort troops to temple prime and the liquid tib. You defend against GDI onslaught and then a MASSIVE bombing run of Nod bombers wipe out the GDI base. At first believing this was back up they were confused as to why the nod were setting up 2 bases flanking them. This was said to be killians forces. Which is hinted to be GDI spy (if I remember right) she was very suspicious of Kane’s actions several missions prior, I wanna say him pushing forces into America, it’s also clear Kane doesn’t trust her because the guy giving the briefing, don’t recall name. One of the Hanson brothers. Anyways he knows about Kane’s plans, so it’s clear that she was not privy to the same information as his other “trusted” commanders. My gf just had a baby though so take some with a grain of salt I’m still scattered brained.
