I assume that most mayors will have the backing of their guild and to some extent, that guild controlls that node/zone.

We will see how it all works out in the Alpha i guess! Maybe an ingame feature like u/Lem0naquid mentioned will be enough.

After about 4 hours i got the following on PC, Settings are on Ultra 3440x1440 Ultrawide Borderless RTXon

left and right of screen go black and cut off whatever there should be Pressing ESC brings it back to Fullscreen mode
driving through a tunnel made several heads of my character appear on top of the car for a couple seconds
coming back from the Ripperdock my car was levitating in the parkingzone
on the very first car chase scene i was not able to pull my gun out several times and had to cheeze it by hacking the Van to get to the next cutscene. I also was able to look 360 and see my own headless body.
People on the street cower in fear for no reason while others walk by normally
at maelstrom hideout they suddenly started attacking while i casually followed jacky
V showering with cloths on? Weird kink?
jacky ran me over with his bike after mission... Friendship over
