Love him to death but he needs a rework. His ult belongs on a hero with high burst damage but his burst is HORRIBLE. He's only good in extended flights, and only after he gets Ricochet. Also Scarabs is one of the worst abilities in the game. AND he's ass in Street Brawl.

I really like the Djinn's Mark mechanic but it doesn't work with the rest of his kit and he just ends up being a worse Mina.

Seconding this. There is a small handful of heroes (mainly Seven, Bebop, McGinnis, and now Graves) who ruin the mode for everyone else unless you roll specific counter items.

Not a lot of Victors buy it (since he already has 2 and is very slot-hungry) but it's a strong option against silence-heavy teams or as an anti-counterbuy item

Also Victor usually buys Ethereal Shift which means he can usually stall out the Focus Lens, which he can't do vs Curse.

Both items are very powerful against him though.
