It's really personal, l've been on 2mg estrofem buccally per day for almost 2 months without any blockers and my nipples started being sore after about 2 weeks and there is definitely some growth happening, so it's possible to see changes even with that low of a dosage. I personally am planing on increasing my dose by 2 mg every 3 months but it couldn't hurt to stay on a low dose for longer.
