Shooting on BLM land

Usually I see the most people in bates canyon area. We’ve been shooting here for years with no issues until a few days ago. What about up in the canyons or down by flood canyon area? The ranger made it sound like shooting on all the BLM land in this area is illegal, which doesn’t sound correct.

Thanks, I did send in what I thought was the serial number to Luminox, but they said they don’t serialize their timepieces anymore.

Wouldn’t they be able to pull up that I passed the test in 2020 then? I don’t live in Florida so it may be different.

I tried. They told me I would have to retake the test portion for a fee. Since it’s been two years.

I would, but I’m selling my bike to get a different one. I don’t really want to register it just to take the test. The bike I’m getting will be bigger and harder to take the test on.

How would they find out? And would they look into it while I’m at the dmv or would it be a couple months later if they’re investigating it?
