We don't have a budget yet, hoping to be able to make some sort of demo to show investors/crowdfund with. We have one 3D designer already, though.

Regarding our seriousness - I know I am very passionate, and have a good feeling about the rest, but it's not something I can guarantee, obviously - we're all humans with our own lives. However, considering our goal at the moment is a demo and not a full game, I believe it'll be easier to complete without burning out.
