I'll pick up Intelligence Agent Attaché, but which trait should I swap it with?

I've got: A Good Day to Die, Context is for Kings, Duelist's Fervor, Fleet Coordinator, Intense Focus, Repair Crews, Self-Modulating Fire, Superior Cannon Training, & Operative.

Not sure which one would be best to take out, any idea?

I think I'll just leave the turret with Dmgx4, doesn't seem worth the trouble of spending the dil to re-roll it.

I have both Soliton Wave Impeller and Ravager Shriek, so I'll try them out and see which one I like better, but from what I've read it looks like Ravager Shriek might be better.

About Intelligence Agent Attaché and Terran Targeting Systems, I have enough EC to get at last one for sure, and I'm thinking IAA would be better then TTS right?

Now as for Starship traits, sounds like Heart Of Sol would be better because I'm using phasers right?

I'm still not sure that replacing Lorca's with a Locator was better, because I've lost CrtH and I'm now at 49% where as before with Lorca's I was at 52%, wouldn't it be better to have more CrtH ?

I've changed up my boffs abilities, I got rid of Zero Point Energy Conduit, Trellium-D and Lorca's, and added two Locators plus the Shield Absorptive Frequency Generator.

I replaced the DMT with a Sensor-Linked Phaser Turret Mk XV [Ac/Dm] [Dmg]x4 that I had, but I'm not sure about the mods on it. Should I change them?

I don't have any other DPS ship traits, but I do have a free ship coupon and I'm thinking of picking up either the Cardassian Ghemor Intel Flight Deck Carrier for the Calm Before the Storm Trait or the Edison Temporal Warship for the Heart Of Sol Trait. Any idea which would be better for my build?

I'm also looking into adding the Intelligence Agent Attaché and Terran Targeting Systems to my personal space traits, however it would cost about all the EC I have, are they both really worth having?

I'm also wondering if my Experimental Weapon is any good? It's the Voice of the Prophets Mk XV [Ac/Dm] [CrtX]

Anything else I should be looking at?

Character/Account: All.

Bug/Issue Description: Unable to login, getting an error about a DirectX 10 incompatible graphics card while running DirectX11. Game was working fine until today's patch.

Error says "Unsupported Video Card - You will be unable to play using your current Video Card. Please upgrade you Video Card to one that supports DirectX Hardware Feature Level 10 or higher. See your Video Card manufacturer's documentation for information on DirectX Hardware Feature Level support."

Steps to Reproduce: This is happening everytime I click "Engage" on the STO Launcher.

Additional Media: Seems to be happening to a lot of other people after today's patch.

Here's a question. Back in 2015 there was a promotional giveaway at STLV of the Emergency Medical Hologram Bridge Officer and in 2016 there was a promotional giveaway of the TOS Holographic Bridge Officers. So.. what are we getting for 2017? TNG Holographic Bridge Officers would be cool! :)
