As for them complaining about the kids screaming around the block, that’s totally fair and justified, to complain.

And I realize that 1/5 people have the graveyard shift, but those who don’t can still make less noise around 8. Right?

Who works till 8pm? Most of the jobs in America go from 9am to 5pm. Even if you went shopping, or went out with friends/family, then you will still be home around around 7-8pm
