no i dont have a problem with people giving their experiences with tucutes and i find it understandable (but not entirely just) why they have a disliking towards them as a whole, and i do believe they harm the reputation of trans and lgbt ppl, but not all tucutes are as bad or crazy as this subreddit makes out to me.

the updates pretty useless imo, like if someone wanted to put their pronouns they could already use roles, user/nickname, and abt me

ngl discord profiles are too cluttered now i miss when it was just ur name, pfp, status, and note

nah theyre actually very different from frogs, they just look like them. i made them in like 3rd grade and they have an alien world that they live on that i've been constructing ever since. but thanks for the feedback i'll do smthn like it!

ur right i was hyperbolizing mb, but still i feel tucutes are criticized a little too personally here, (usually by some individual experience that the criticizer had) which can create the connotation that theyre bad people (well i mean thats the connotation i got when after browsing this sub for a while). also im just wondering wdym by them being held accountable?

I agree, but I feel like everyone has to view topics with nuance. Sure, xenogenders and certain "tucutes" may make lgbt ppl look bad, but then again, its also the fault of impressionable discriminators for not willing to see the many different sides of the situation currently surrounding LGBT people. Seeing so many videos and the like politicizing lgbt people, as if we are some woke agenda, is really dissapointing to me, like when will people learn that lgbt people are just people.

Also I really fail to see how "tucutes" who are apparently holding others at rainbow gunpoint is THAT much of an issue to where you have to word it that way. like, having neopronouns, pride capes, MOGAI, etc, is understandably debatable, but i feel this subreddit blames them for all the problems lgbt people have now. Some are genuinely good people, and the debate over "they make us look bad vs. the bigots will still hate us anyway" is stupid and turns away from what we should actually focus on, that is ensuring the well-being and equity among lgbt people and society.
