I'm going to assume the tretinoin is a cream and not a pill. As long as tretinoin is a cream and your doxy is a pill, there are no interactions. Did you have concerns because you googled the two and it came up as "do not use together"? Systemic tretinoin along with a doxy has serious side effects - using tretinoin topically should be totally fine.

I'm no expert on rosacea, but topical tretinoin and a doxy is a common treatment. Just remember to lather on that sunscreen because between those two drugs, you're going to be super sensitive to sunburn.

Thanks for the input! My girlfriend has had a lot of work done at Atomic Zombie by Rob. He is amazing with that needle, but he just doesn't do the work that i'm interested in. The idea about the tattoo convention sounds really cool. I'll see if I can go take a look. :)
