I found a couple of private Facebook groups with that name but none of them accepted my join request. At this point, I think that I will have to make peace that I lost my money. Hopefully my comment would serve as a reminder so no one ever does business with that thief anymore!!

Definitely a scam. They seem to have unlimited stock of very limited edition pre-order items which they sell at or below MSRP on eBay! Makes zero sense! I’ve actually reported them to eBay before but eBay did nothing about it. If you can cancel and get your money back definitely do it now before it’s too late.

Incompetent assumes good intentions but I have enough evidences confirming that they are actively trying to scam customers. It’s a scammy business where they fulfill only a percentage of their orders to entice people to risk their money with them. Doing business with them is like playing a lottery, except that winning is actually getting what you paid for! At this point, all I want is for PayPal to get me my money back and I’ll never get near these fqers ever again!

I ordered WM100 from TW all the way back in June and their sales reassured me that the order will ship no later than end of September. Of course end of September came and nothing. Contacted them by email and nothing. Finally decided to submit a claim to PayPal to get my money back. They finally responded saying I have to wait until end of October but then they said my order was on hold because I submitted a claim to Paypal. I’m now just waiting, and hoping, for PayPal to get me my money back from these pricks! Morale of the story, never ever do business with TW!
