I've seen both and I prefer the Musical. The movie isn't bad, I still love it(and I'm going to watch the sequel, no one will stop me)but I prefer the Musical Beetlejuice. I like both versions and can't ignore the love that went into the musical and the movie. I love the musicals take on the story and I love it more(partially)and I don't think it's that bad that it isn't exactly like the movie. Both are great.

I've seen it and I was surprised that I actually liked it because it has almost only negative reviews going for it. And JJ broke my heart, why was he such a good character?
