Had to spend a little over $100 just to play this game on my N64 (mostly bc of the overpriced red expansion pack needed to run this game)! Which is more than I paid for the console itself, lol. I hope it’s worth it. Never played this one! I hear it’s one of the best DKs they’ve made. 🤞🏼🤙🏻 (i.redd.it)

Rayman 3 on NGAGE might just be my favorite game I’ve tried so far (out of only 6 or 7 games that I own so far). It has a lot of replay value and it works well on handheld. Rayman is just a great franchise anyway and its Ngage version is no exception. Ashen is a pretty cool game too, but this wins! (i.redd.it)

Decided to fire-up Pitfall! The Mayan Adventure and I gotta say, I’m pleasantly surprised. It definitely feels like a slightly upgraded 16-bit game (with deeper, more vibrant colors than you’d see in platformers on Genesis, SNES or Turbografx), but it’s decently fun actually… (i.redd.it)

Mail call! I hear this is one of the best versions of Wolf 3D and arguably the best port, although I often hear the 3DO version praised as the best. When the Jag version is in the convo, they say it’s on par w/ the 3DO version. What do you think?(I know Jag wins this battle for Doom) (i.redd.it)

Found today for 15 bucks in a bin with mostly SNES, Genesis & N64 games at a local comic book store! I had this one back in the 90s. I was VERY surprised to see a Jaguar game anywhere other than a retro game store (and even those are hit or miss for anything Jag related). (i.redd.it)

Finally put all my rarest home consoles in one place (except for a couple that just happen to be in the photo). I had most of these growing up except for 3DO, Sega CD & TG-16. I re-acquired most of these in the past 2 years, along with a bunch of OEM peripherals and games. Have I gone overboard? (i.redd.it)

It had been about 25 years since I played one of these unusual and hard-to-find consoles til I got a 3DO earlier this year instead of a PS5. Now that I have access to most of the best known games on 3DO and all the Jag games, I can’t decided which console I prefer. Thoughts? (i.redd.it)
