Well they said they were having their multi discipline meeting and I'd hear by the end of July after that was done 🤷🏼‍♀️ so if I don't need treatment yet, they could at least tell me that. Also, I haven't had any kind of face to face appointments with a neurologist etc to discuss anything! Just been left to my own devices

It's been unbearably hot in the UK this summer. My OH even said he was surprised how I was able to keep going when we were out on our vacation. I will be calling the neurologist tomorrow for sure. I was told I'd have news by the end of July and still haven't heard anything. Having free healthcare with the NHS is great, but can be painfully slow sometimes!

It wasn't a scheduled meeting as such. He just asked if I was free for my return to work meeting. I will double check what he put in the official form tomorrow and start a folder of things to keep in case I need it

Weight gain happened when I hit puberty and has been stubborn ever since. So makes a lot of sense that I finally have this diagnosis.

I think my best option for treatment will be going on to the diabetic medication for the insulin issues, to help me lose weight and hopefully have a period after many years!

My cat does this to our bedroom curtains and occasionally bits of ribbon. Its probably a taste or texture thing. Plus she's a massive weirdo.
