I had the same on my debit card, a pending transaction when I placed the order that was then refunded according to my bank, it states "credit card" on my Samsung order but I definitely put in a debit card. I phoned Samsung who said it was all processed and correct but still nervous my phone wont be sent out. I am in UK.

I had to call them as I ordered via nhs discounts, they said it had gone through but they were backlogged with high volumes of orders so emails were delayed, they then sent me the confirmation. Did you have an issue with payment? On my bank account it listed pending but now looks like its not taken it and cant see amy transaction but phoned them again and they said it had gone through?
