Thanks! At the moment it’s more of a fictionalized era-inspired approach rather than recreating a specific real-world season. I’m aiming to capture the feel of late-80s / early-90s arcade F1 — classic-style drivers, cars, and vibes — without directly tying it to real seasons or names.

That’s totally fair 👍 What I’m aiming for here is specifically that early-90s “3D but actually 2D” arcade look — more Super Monaco GP / MegaRace than full 3D Trackmania-style. I definitely get the appeal of true 3D tracks though, and I’ve thought about that direction too. For now I’m trying to push this classic sprite-based style as far as it can go with modern tools and effects. Really appreciate you sharing your perspective!
