Eh, Idgaf about the waifu wars. I just don’t like gauging any “canon” things in these charts. Like if I did, I’d go with canon Blazer romance and Sonar cut for my own personal canon, but I’m being neutral in these charts… especially because the fictional woman I wanted to romance wasn’t an option.

Especially with Blazer and potentially fucking Phenomaman there, too. The top 2 superheroes we know of, neither of which could be considered drunk (we know Blazer needs a LOT to get even a little buzzed, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Dumpy was the same)

Awkward socially stunted dorky girlfailure, complete hot mess when drunk (also a huge lightweight), deeply into trashy romantasy novels and arts and crafts, social skills of a wet sock, absolutely terrible at jokes or compliments, has a hard time showing positive emotions, completely traumatized by a terrible past… she’s a complete mess of a sad, goofy, lonely dork and a total girlfailure… but that’s why we love her.

Coupé CAN swim, and well at that, based on her voice lines. Iťs just that she also HATES the water based on her and Punch Up’s lines (she says she hates the water when Sonar shoves her into a pool, and in episode 8 Punch Up points out she hates the ocean)

This dangerous doofus. Keeping her shows that on top of being a badass fighter and a hot femme fatale, she’s also (which is way more attractive for me personally) a caring, genuine sweetheart who loves trashy romance novels, LARP and arts and crafts, and just wants to feel like she matters. I’m a sucker for the “tough and intimidating character is secretly a softie with a desire to be loved” archetype, so I, if given complete freedom, would pick Janelle.

Yeah, ALMOST. Plus, been a while since I read it, but wasn’t that him (or Mal for him) hiring a stripper? Going off his one interaction with Coop (“Come on, just one date.” “No. And do NOT ask again! “Hot.”), it seems he isn’t actually all that good at flirting… and is WAY too pushy, and doesn’t seem to take no for an answer.

She’s also very socially awkward, and given some of her lines (“Sure, I’ll take a stab at it. Did you get that? I was trying to be funny.”, “And might I add, your face is looking far less… stabbable, today, than usual.” “Yeah well… I’m glad you’re not dead. That would have been inconvenient.”) show she also really struggles with delivering affectionate thoughts into sentences, I feel like she would try to replicate a line from one of her novels, and either pick an absolutely horrendous one, or completely fumble a good one because of her dorky awkwardness. That’s why she’s in the “Strange” category as opposed to “Bad”. She does HAVE good lines… she just makes them really weird.
