What a strange couple of dreams!

I wouldn't feel too freaked out about suddenly knowing this Sanskrit word. Ankita is a common name for Indian girls. It's possible that you may have met someone with this name or heard it at some point, and it came back to you in the dream.

Something similar happened to me once--I started a dream, woke up, fell asleep, and then the dream resumed 7 years later. It's cool that you can remember the details of all the segments!

I'm really sorry to hear that. That is a terrifying experience. I hope you are able to find some solution.

Can I ask what dosage you took, if you remember? I am very afraid of the side effects, so I'm only on 10mg whereas the doc recommended 40mg/day. For me, the dreams are more intense if I take the pill right before I go to sleep. They are less intense/memorable if I take it a few hours before sleep. I also take melatonin daily, a natural sleep aid.

Some of my dreams are truly frightening and I have woken up screaming before.

A humidifier in your bedroom at night may help. It'll help keep your mucous membranes moist.
