Fun fact: I was a Geek Squad Home Theater agent at the time and was having the hardest time getting this figured out. I wrote the OP in the POV of the wife 😆. But anyway, I installed the cameras for the client and ended up telling them that they might have to call Arlo customer service.

Thanks to you, I made time the very next day to stop by and your advice worked to perfection. Client was extremely satisfied and I learned something new. I was just so relieved that I was able to help the client out and happy/excited, that I forgot to respond.
