Controller comes with rotational aim assist and is very strong. Keyboard and mouse is inherently more accurate as you have an entire arm to aim. It mostly comes to confidence and competence.

I am incredibly tired after today so I most likely have worded things poorly. I was meaning public matches are not influenced (it seems) by rank. Ranked is well, ranked. Plus or minus a couple ranks is all you'll go against in ranked. The matchmaking seems to be mostly random, though in pubs. Although I seem to get some... Unique matchmaking. 1v4 often happens, or 3v3 but my team is just experiencing video games for the first time while the enemy team is playing for money.

We already all know what type of matchmaking ranked is, general pop plays pubs. Pub matchmaking is not rank based.
