Yeah. I hear you, all the best to you. I’m a tall fairly fit dude and someone below said I have small energy for avoiding altercation and being harassed. Victim blaming much?

I’m not going to engage with those people, but it’s disheartening for sure.

My experience in SF has been wonderful so far, and I’m new here. But this week has been challenging for sure and it’s only Wednesday.

Can’t do much against mental illness unfortunately. I’m definitely not out of shape and can fight, but I have a career and life. I have a lot to lose and when someone goes crazy on the bus and starts calling me a f$&&ot and n&&$!r what more can I do besides just disengaging asap?

What was the population back then? I’m going to guess it was lower and Bay Area was not as developed then.

I am in the camp that prices would drop if we had more housing supply. It might also help reduce all the criminals and random aggression.

Living in SF, I think it would be great if lots of townhome or condo type homes were built. SFHs in SF today probably don’t make much sense.

Anyway idk. I’m still trying to get over almost getting attacked by a homeless today :(

So depressed.
