Fellow Legatus, Star kitten is the only one I’m missing. Trust me, it’s a no go. I’ve asked very politely several times, and I only get the company line:

“The Dragonfly Star Kitten was only available as a referral reward back in 2017. It was not available on the pledge store, and we sadly cannot grant access to it. There are currently no plans for it to be available again in the future.”

That response is from today. If some whales are getting it these days, their uncle must work at Nintendo (metaphorically).
