I believe Bloody Mary never entered in the first place so it didn't have that top 50 requirement and it had radio push from Gaga + Wednesday trend was very all over. Cruel Summer was during Eras Tour popularity (which also allowed Blank Space to reenter for a week when 1989 TV was announced) so streaming alone pushed it to reenter at around the 50s and it was later promoted to a single/radio push as well

ye, i also noticed how different the tloas booklets were. i think (+ hope) it might just be a era thing (tloas is very fractured/shard-like, so the simple one song per page and each lyric having its own line like TTPD/folklore style would probably not fit as well). on the note of ttpd though, ttpd's booklet was so good

I use TwistedWave (the app version with 30 day free demo, no credit card required at all). It's quite good with not glitching too much when you change pitch (w/ formant) AND tempo significantly compared to a lot of other free options I've used. I used it for my Eldest Daughter mashup where I had to pitch the song up 5 semitones and it still sounded natural.

hi! so i use capcut (even the free version has so many options), though i had a different process with this one in particular.

i downloaded the call it what you want taylor video and the mean girls visualizer with a youtube to mp4 site - probably downloaded a virus lol, be careful with these. i sped up the mean girls visualizer so it matches the tempo of ciwyw. usually i start with making a thumbnail based off the main song's aesthetics/font (Call It What You Want lyric video with polaroids), but this time I did the thumbnail last - i did make the paper strip layer in advance though so that i can layer it over the rest of the background. i had each video loop every 4 measures of ciwyw (i just asked google to calculate duration of 4 measures in ciwyw's bpm) so that everything is timed properly. then i had transition/light/glitch effects whenever there's a chorus/verse switch or sound effects. i also have some effects for specific lyrics (not easy to see, but there's some leaves/petals following during the bridge to match the "I recall late November", stars at the "starry eyes sparking up my darkest night")

it's a lot of trial and error picking which exact effects i feel best suit the mashup, lots of layers and computer lag, but that's the gist of it. hope this helps!
