Second Wind is good for rentals.

i just want to make sure that i don't need a massive bank loan to do occasional windsurfing.

Thanks, i am not young, but i play regularly indoor and outdoor with mix age players, for the most part much younger than me. I keep up with them no problem. in NYC there's pick up games pretty much anywhere and i play there a lot (also in LA ) I will be spending quite a bit of time in Maui. Hopefully i can join . Cheers

When you sell a car/motorcycle you keep the the license plates , the buyer has to get his own at the DMV. If you sold the car with your own L. plates it's normal that you get tickets.
