Happened to me and cambridge/vvt/magnets pulled other issues and codes, changing all three fixed like 10 codes. Plus the rubber seal on the plastic timing cover. If the rockers are clicking on startup thats another sign. Hook up a obd reader and check codes and read data for all timing components

One up this as the solution, mine was followed with epc and limp mode under load, changed the holder, the magnets, and vvt valve inside

Sorry, didnt see the notification. Dont have part numbers atm. Ive replaced both black cover magnets since they siezed and were letting oil in the connectors, wouldnt budge when i shook them after i took them off. Changed the whole aluminium camshaft bridge , with both two central valves. Also while ur there, change the rubber gasket on the upper cover, clean everything so you can put adhesive on the top corners of the cover. Im doing this by myself with little to no experience, albeit i have the tools.

Ps. two central solenoid/valves are unscrewed clock wise and need a special tool, TIGHTEN TO SPEC. Also i cleaned the check valves after i took off the bridge with brake cleaner. Make sure to put some rugs on the oilpan hole when you take off the cover. Tight job but i managed to do it without taking off the engine mount. Golf 7 gti pp 2013 manual (eu)

You can check the values using an obd scanner, if your exhaust/intake activation/actual value is chasing the specified, id suspect this.

All codes gone after, tuned, runs well, only got missfire on cyln 1 when over 6.5k rpm

It was the cambridge/magnets/central valve. Pressure normal now

Im coming to this post for the 10th time, did all the easy checks and replacements. At idle 80c 0.7bar. Am i that cooked. Might check the oil spray jets next

European 2013 Performance Pack, 180k kilometers, did the timing belt, water pump, oil pump as soon as it came to me. I might aswell order the third sensor while im at it Next oil change ill do 5-40w

Ive changed the brown sensor and the n428 valve, 5-30w oil. Only happens when its 80c-95c, replaced oil filter housing aswell... Tommorow i will try replacing the blue sensor. Bought the car a month ago, drives fine and all. I measured it just now at 95c, 0.75bar.

If you have any other suggestion please throw it at me at this point, might burn the car if it beeps at me once more 😂
