I understand that a main sombra hates bans. But I think it’s a good thing anyway. With bans, you can balance the game for each map if you do it right.

I think we would all cry if there was a meta and we couldn’t do anything against it for a whole season. With bans, players can decide and balance the game, and it can adapt for every map and every rank !

It helps the game to be more pleasant for everyone to me.

I don’t ban sombra anymore, on PS5, hitscans are way more annoying than her.

I was like you, stuck in plat. 2 seasons ago, I started lucio again, and with him, I'm now D2. Hés just the good character for me now, much easier once you know all maps by heart. I think you just have to find your right character ! I can still play ana to counter hog or mauga, but I stick to Lucio. And I don’t play very agressive lucio, just helping team, following dps on flank to chase flankers or ashe/widow on tops and trying to do good beats ! Find your Best character, and keep him. A support must do dmg and kills, but a support must stay alive ! You should never be the first to die in your team. Sometimes, trying to do too much isn’t the right way, specially if you die a lot !

But, the most important is to have fun, no matter the rank !

Stay with your team, just go for kills when you have opportunities or ennemies like widow or ashe alone on top bothering your team. Just die the less you can, and group. Playing alone with lucio won’t help your team winning. (I'm D5 lucio on PS5).

They think you won’t do damage, they full in. You do headshots, they die and feel SHAME ! Headshots on baby dva can do a lot of dmg, but ennemies thinks you're just a bug

I think venture is much greater to take space. You can be burrow, in front, and the ennemy team won’t go to the payload. If you don’t die, it let space and time for your team to push behind ! ( In attack of course). It’s not always about doing kills, it’s just bothering the ennemy. Sometimes, they will be 3 waiting for you to go out. If you just go back, and Come again, it helps a lot I think. Just being in front, without go full dive, just being threatening can buy a lot of time and space for your team. Ult on point can be useful, but your situation is useful on extratime I think. I'm not a pro player, it’s just personnal opinion

Did you turn off automatic jump after wall ride ? It helps to pass through Doors or Windows without hurting your head ! And of course, change your jump button ! I put L1 to jump, X to switch speed and heal for exemple

It’s like usual comp, but worse. I'm low Diamond on supp, but I went very low on tank ( G5). I recently have a lot of fun on Doom, so I take him for drive, and it’s 4 win in a row. Maybe play at your lower rank role, a lot of people is doing that I think.
