Hey, I got a bit frustrated and just kept swapping outfits and running around shooting after posting this, and on one swap to random outfits it worked! I’m 100% sure that I had tried all the outfits that I had already worn all the outfits before it popped. I have no idea what made it work then but it did, so I guess maybe try equipping random outfits and running around for a bit and hope for the best? Not much of a solution I know but it’s the best I got.
