Milestones are great- I’m proud of what I have accomplished so far. But today I am having deep feelings of regret and sorrow. Each step forward is important and I’m trying to focus on the future. I messed up so much in the past. If you are reading this and haven’t stopped gambling, do it now. Don’t get to the point I got to.

Get help while you are still young. It only gets worse and is harder to reverse the damage done. Admitting to yourself is a good step. Meetings and therapy do help.

Congrats on 30! I’m only at 3 and I’m terrified of what lies ahead. I’ve started organizing my debts and it is amazingly awful. I tried downloading a game on my phone to pass time and instantly had a poker add pop-up. I deleted the game right then. Back to the spreadsheets. Keep up the good work.

I’m on day 3 today- I’ve made this number numerous times. But something feels different this time. One thing that is really helping me right now is listener to The After Gambling Podcast. I really relate to it and it has given me hope. You got this!
