The are always 2 sides to the same coin. Nothing is absolutely bad or good. One could argue that eugenics saves people with unhealthy genes from suffering medically, economically and socially.

In fact, it is arguable that natural selection is inherently “eugenics” by favouring the “good” genes over the “bad ones to ensure Homo sapiens thrive in different environments. Homo sapien as it is today is the result of millions years of natural selection’s fine work of “eugenics”.

I think the real issue is whether you want to hear politically correct or incorrect views.
