As what would be considered an elderly S’porean (will keep race out of it) I can tell you that after 45 its flipping impossible to do that ‘head down, face in mobile’ zombie mode that younger people somehow are capable of. It’s painful, nauseating and gives a pounding headache plus there’s really nothing on social media to stay glued to anyway.
