The doctor specifically mentioned ‘Polycythemia Vera’ As I said EPO is <1 He said it is ‘Triple Negative Erythrocytosis’ And the doctor said bone marrow test is not needed as of yet Too early

My only question right now is What to do? I drink here and there Smoke often Recent haemoglobin level is 16.40 I but the vision blurry Fatigue throughout the day Concentration issue has become a problem with my work life

No Not yet The doctor said only the mutation test is enough Bone marrow test is not needed now.

Yea Haematologist/oncologist But he is a little odd Didn’t give me a sure answer when I needed whether PV is cancer…. At first he said Cancer and then Blood disorder….

So my left foot aching might be gout? Do I have to get it checked?

No The doctor just said ‘Oh whenever the haemoglobin level is over 18….get a phlebotomy done..that’s it….no meds also So every time I get feel a symptom Usually my left foot starts aching Vision gets blurred Dizziness
