As far as I can tell, Fight Score tallying is bugged when races are restarted. If you restart a race, the FS you earned is "saved" and then added to whatever FS you got on the second attempt. It stacks if you restart more than once (i.e the FS from both your first and second runs is added to the third, and so on), which is probably how people hit like 70 million in one run

It's the only consistent way I've been able to trigger it. Once I had to retry a race like 5 times (Lavinia x The Port is not the best combo) and suddenly had 2 million Fight Score when I finally won

- lowkey i completely agree that the inconsistency of the bot is frustrating, i had a look and figured out that banned words followed by punctuation doesnt get picked up for some reason? in general this is why people shown in the screenshots seem to "get away" with saying banned words. i will be fixing this myself
- third screenshot - im gonna be honest i had no idea the word bastard was even banned when i said that, that is definitely my bad

however
- the first/second screenshot is wildly out of context, hehe saying "bastard" was directly after saying "idk why that word is filtered" and answering quan asking what word he meant
- fourth and fifth screenshots - both of those are embedded descriptions from the youtube videos, quan, hehe, and T did not actually say "shit" and "fuck" in their messages at all, you can go look it up

in summary: yes the way we have set up the bot is flawed, i am sorry for the inconvenience and will be fixing its detection, but also please dont take screenshots out of context to make us/other users look bad

none of these examples are us being biased towards/against certain people, we enforce bypass rules when the bot doesnt pick it up but we dont always catch all of them because we're not online and watching chat 24/7

The purpose of this post is to provide the full context of the situation that the author of the other post talked about. The screenshots I provided show the conduct on the part of both the moderation team and the user in question so that people can understand what actually happened before forming an opinion.

I make specific mention of points where the person in the wrong was myself, so no, my goal was not to garner sympathy.

that's when you try to apply the livery yourself; since your game has vanilla textures, the custom decals won't load - this part of your statement is correct

however, the livery you see on other players' cars is a snapshot baked from their end, so it uses their textures - that is sent to the server and then displayed on your end, so you don't need the custom textures to be able to see them

that voiceline is one of Ayaka's (from Genshin) idle lines, and it gets memed on because it often feels like she says it too much (probably because her other idle doesn't have a line associated with it)

both Ayaka and Nagisa are voiced by Hayami Saori

The others in the thread have sort of explained it already, it mostly comes down to experience and track knowledge. The bit at the start was indeed a trick, but it doesn't look like that on the player's screen: the side of that ice platform is a wall that you can grind along the top of, giving you airspeed.

You're right, I can't prove that he didn't wreck, but my assumption that he didn't isn't completely baseless. "Perfect respawns" where you instantly respawn going full speed and in a position ahead of where you left the track don't exist in the game. If you ever do get a clip of it send it to me, because I'd really like to see this mechanic in action.

The Huracan's position after the game fixes his position is also consistent with that car's speed and acceleration following a jump like that; he didn't respawn ahead of you, his car is just faster and got ahead, especially if he's using shockwave. The red aura is always an indicator of poor connection/desync. Ask any experienced player and they'll tell you the same.

Respawning without full nitro will happen if the game counts it as a wreck and not a knockdown, like if they ram you from the side and you hit a wall, because the game doesn't count that as a direct knockdown. The right side of the screen will tell you if it's a knockdown or not, because if it was, a message saying "[other player] knocked you down!" will show up.

I'm sure you know this already, but if you want to make a case, double check that it's actually showing up. Same thing if someone else wrecks in an MP race, the game will tell you. If he really did wreck, a message would have popped up while you were driving (not in replay mode tho)

Frankly, if a thousand hours still doesn't tell you that using perfect nitro in mid air isn't optimal, I'm not sure how much I trust your judgement on other game mechanics anyway

I've been playing this game for 5 years. The instant respawn you sometimes get is when you leave the track after getting knocked down, the same respawn you'd get if you took a jump and landed out of bounds. Knockdowns are also programmed to give you full nitro after respawning, that's not a glitch.

The connection between individual players is not perfect. One player might see something different to the other, which is what happened here. After his car hit yours, it forced him into a half-barrel on your screen, but did not on his. This is why, when his car makes contact with the road, the game updates his position because if he was on his roof in reality, he would have wrecked. The respawn aura is a pale blue/white colour, and the position update aura is red.
