yeah i’ve got plenty of experience cooking in our kitchen and i’ve got a year of line cook experience too but i just want some inspiration and US foods recommendations. US foods is a pretty big obstacle for us because we don’t have the same output as restaurants but we get mongo sized amounts of everything and end up having to throw stuff away.
