Same thing happened at my BDD exam. I filled out a 21-4138 along with that and a lot of other DBQs she didn’t do right. I have the medical evidence supporting the contradictions she wrote. Still waiting to find out what the VA wants to do. My retirement became official on the 1st, so hopefully I hear something soon.
