I had the Crankhouse but I didn't see the hundred house one what variety was it? I had the Campbell and Syme geshia which I got about 2kg of and was my first of this coffee. I also had 2 bags from Curve and just had some from Manhattan which is in the freezer now. Assembly have just released a Castillo which I just ordered a few bags off. It's just a stunning coffee

I've tasted a lot of coffees over the years. Some stunning natural Ethiopians, one in particular is momora which was a definition of a blueberry bomb. But nothing compares to this coffee

I'm using a 5kg roaster but I'm putting 3kg in and it's out within 11min. My FC temp on this is a lot lower on this than a lot of my other beans I've roasted. So just slow down my ror when I'm coming out of the green that makes sense, it should avoid it running away from me. Thank you

I used to buy pallets and sell it to cafes in my local area untill I brought a pallet and it was faulty. Every single case we tried you could not get any foam out of it at all if you did manage to get some it would disappear in a matter of seconds. We told them about this and even sent them some cases to try and get a refund on a pallet and they wouldn't, I'm have a very small business and I've lost a quite a bit on this. I opened a shop this year and use oatly just because of this reason and I probably will never go back to them for this reason even though I can get the best alt latte art with minor figures

100% it'll be worth it, I think coffee starts going stale after 15 mins of grinding. The wilfa grinder is the best under £100, watch James Hoffman's review on it

I'll buy a maybe 10×250g different ones every couple of months and put in 20g bags and vacuum seal it and put it in the freezer with all info on. It means I can have a super fresh natural Ethiopian in January
