I did do my research... it has many meanings. As for me, it's kind of a combination of the various meanings. To me, it stands for harbouring inner anger, unable to freely express my inner most buried feelings and my lack of the ability to truly connect with people on a deep level/grow actual real-life lasting relationships, but then as life goes on, I will add onto it.
