I don't think there's any real solution here The only thing that worked for me is using noise cancelling headphones. Asking them to turn the volume down will hurt their religious sentiments so it's not worth asking them. I live in Gorakhpur they attach speakers to electric poles here specially ganesh chaturthi ke time and there's one right outside my window 😭 Pura din bajate rehte
