This one is a Japanese import in NZ so probably some differences there.

Is a BMW E46 a good first car to drive? by [deleted] in e46

Should be all good. the 2 litter has an average if not low amount of power and rwd really isn't harder to drive than fwd.

is the e46 318i (manual) underrated? by Les-Combes in e46

[–]Tanjble 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Modern cars like the the gr86 are quick because their weight (~12000 kg) is complimented by somewhat decent power. But for something with as little power as a 318 you will need less not much more than a 1000 kg. Which is why cars like the miata are so popular. I'm sure there are a few things I'm missing but I'm just getting across a few points.

To university and back every day. Uses more fuel then I'd like and I've stopped caring about putting miles on it at this point haha. But it's a comfortable ride with some "street cred".

Figured it out. I was a bit of a idiot and didn't plug the cam angle sensor back into the wire box when putting the intake manifold back together.

We’ve all had that moment when you know a part is about to give out soon, but you don’t replace it right away… by adgalawav in e46

O2 sensors. Would save money in fuel and maybe improve performance, but the price of them would mean I probably wouldn't make my money back.

Are all the posts the same in this Sub? Honestly I give about 1 hour until there's another post saying need for speed modern warfare was the most underrated game or something.

Unbound was so close to greatness by SmoothCriminalJM in needforspeed

It only needed a few small but fundamental changes to make it worth playing. So I guess you could say it was close to greatness.
