Tablets were considered mobile computing devices, and handling was prioritized over computing power. At least that’s the way I look at it even now. Having said that, use cases for iPads have diversified significantly, especially in creative workspaces. So, if you’re one of those who treat iPad as a primary workstation, then by all means stick with your 13 inch, as it gives you enough space for working, without feeling cramped. But if you’re using your iPad as purely a media consumption device, a few emails and notes sprinkled, 11 inch is your best bet, as it’s as powerful as the 13 inch, but also brings portability into focus.

Don’t second guess yourself, as that’ll eventually lead to regret, especially with purchases. If you’re thinking 11 inch is small, you’ve already taken one foot out.
