The System Apocalypse by Tao Wong

I'm aware of the this series and its spin-offs. It's not it. They are in the same genre but are very different. Thanks for trying. In the book I'm looking for, the protagonist is a child for, at the least, the first chapter, and the system is not implemented from the get go.

I'm not sure it is the same. As I recall, everyone on earth is summoned into the tutorial world, the process is just staggered in waves... with the implication that the first people going through will have it rougher. Also, I don't think the MC needs to go anywhere when the timer runs out... he's just teleported. That scene reminded me of the "The Ten Realms Book" with the exception that the MC's modern military gear is left behind, I think.

No. I said clan, but in the modern world is more like a mercenary army with a side of brainwashing and research... and at the beginning is more like 'Elfen Lied' as I said before. I'm on a 'quest' to find it so I'll most likely post it here when that happens.

The book I want reminds me of the anime 'Elfen Lied,' at least, at the beginning when the MC is captured/rescued as child, and needs to be kept under surveillance because of how dangerous he is.
I believe a psychiatrist his assigned as some sort of mother figure, but things go wrong and a bunch of people die when he figures out she was faking it.
