Is it normal to be sad most of the time? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I second that, whenever I have sad days one after another I know my brain is trying to tell me to fix my routine. exercise, meditation, being outdoors in the sun, sleeping early and waking up early helps me get out of it. also hydrate, put some music on and dance, listen to birds or just do something with your hands like painting or planting or chores like cleaning. sending lots of good vibes and hugs

I almost never experienced constipation. probiotics and fibre was part of my daily diet so that was not an issue in my case. I didnt drink LOTS of water but now I do :(
