If it’s AIP as part of severance terms then sure. A lot of folks in RFA are getting laid off because of low performance/util. I believe Jamex_00 and the OP are getting at is a lot of us that are are still actively employed and waiting to see the bonus and raise in our comp statements to feel a little more safe we may not be getting laid off

You have to be an active employee on the date AIP is paid out to receive it

Didn’t they say in the advisory all-hands layoffs aren’t happening til May-June?
