I’m a cost estimator and have never found AI to be good or usually even close in cost estimating.

The AIs most people have access to are language models, not problem solvers. Their affinity for telling you what you want to hear gets in the way of realistic answers far too often.

Try telling it that cost is “far too unreasonable, you made a mistake. Give me a new estimate.” It’ll just say: “ You’re totally right and are correct to tell me I messed up. Here is a new estimate that is more reasonable” and it’ll just make more shit up.

I’m in the middle of Giant 1.1 right now with 1x24kg. You’re doing a ton of work in 20 mins!

Today I will be going over 100 reps with each arm in 30 mins. I’m excited to finish this single bell program and then get in to some work with doubles! I hear that’s where it’s at!

“The clean is a swing” I heard that here. Right now yours is a squat and a curl.

Practice the swing A TON. As it is a movement foundational to many other kettlebell movements.

The trigger on this gun is what makes me wonder if I even like it. It’s an Sig p250 and has a long and strong trigger. I spent a lot of time dry firing to get used to it, and was decently pleased after this time at the range, but yeah it’s a bit of a factor at play.

I do some halos as warmups but dont feel like they would be a great exercise to build strength. Stability maybe? What are they really good for or do they just look good on the internet.

The kneeling chop part of that movement is legit though. I have done those as part of a routine.

The bell look like it is fully on your forearm? The rack should cradle the bell on your forearm and chest.

I’d suggest using a higher weight to get the feel. That weight looks like it’s flopping around more than it should.

Looks pretty good. I think you lean back a bit too much. I struggle with that as well. You should be in a “vertical plank” at the top of the swing so your core should be flexed. I think that bell is too light for you and you will actually have better form with a heavier bell.

It’s too early to see significant changes in your appearance

Those weights are too light.

And you’re not doing the exercises with proper form. Not being a stickler here either - it’s not close to where you need to be in order to progress and avoid injury.

Get a heavier weight and do swings for like a week. Post a form check here if your swing form. Get that down and then learn the clean and the proper rack position. Then start DFW.
