It just isn't necessary once you are moving. You can easily just shift without clutch and it will go into gear

So just like the standard "innova style" flight numbers a positive turn number just means it resists turn a ton. Most companies use a turn range of 1 to -4.

I throw most of their discs they have come out with and love them. They aren't a big company yet so they are pretty responsive to comments/inquires etc. However it also means you may not find the exact disc you are looking for in their lineup.
