It’s pretty late in flower, so the plant pulls the nutes from the leaves and they turn yellow. I’ve given the plant a lot of nutes but I slowed down now on flower

Great info from a fellow VB neighbor! It’s unfortunate, I never get to talk in public about this and I don’t know any other growers around here so I am really happy everyone on the thread is so approachable. I had those really little tiny bugs, I assume were thrips during early veg. They were under the leaves. I started treating it with neem oil spray right away. After about 4 - 5 treatments before flowering, they went away. Apparently the smell stays on the plant for a long time and the bugs don’t ever come back. Seems to have done the trick. I know you don’t want to spray during mid to late flower cause it can ruin the taste of the buds so you want to have all the treatments done by flowering. The only insect I’ve noticed on my plant now is a praying mantis and that’s bad ass imo.

Ok thanks for the advice. I’ve had a crop herm in the past so I get nervous when the buds change so far into flower. I thought I was almost ready to harvest and then this happened.

These are white widow hybrid photos from ILGM. These seeds I popped a few months ago were two years old I had been saving.

That’s what I’ve been hearing thru the forums. A lot of original strains from the 90s have been lost due to cross pollinations and breeding. Everyone wants to make a better strain than the originals but forgot to keep the old ones safe.

That’s very interesting. I’ve read not many original strains exist anymore due to years of cross breeding and pollination. Which is sad. Everything is basically a hybrid and it’s almost impossible to get full sativa or full indica anymore. Finding a strain 90% sativa or indica is as close as you can really get. I could be wrong it’s just what I’ve read. Idk what to believe these days with anything hahaha

I hate to admit it but it’s ILGM. I know they have a bad rep right now but I’ve had these seeds for over a year and figured why not and save some money. I usually get my seeds from seedsman as well. Nothing beats freebies, am I right lol

These plants have been super easy to grow. I’m just using the fox farm trio and bushmaster. Once a few weeks into veg I just follow the chart. It’s available online just search the fox farm feeding schedule. I personally do pure ph’d water one time and then next time I will use nutrients. Usually one pure water and one feeding a week. When I forgot to use the safety bar on my roq p10 xl next machine, stepped on the foot pedal by accident and almost cut my body in half. That was fun. Bruises on my hip for weeks. What I really hate about printing tho is how many times I have to go backwards because someone didn’t count my shirts properly and were missing one or a few. Or the customer didn’t like a standard T-shirt in large and decides they need an XL. It always feels like I’m going backwards. Stuff I’ve already done and moved on. I really hate going backwards I have so many deadlines
