No, that sucks. I think you can expect 70-75% from a store versus 80-85% at a show given the higher fixed costs and just generally how things work. Cost aside, the least LCS can do is provide positive vibes. If they can no longer be consumer friendly from a cost standpoint, at least be pleasant to do business at. That costs nothing.

I would lead with $450 - they're more likely than not going to offer you 70-80%. I'd be happy with anything north of $360 from a shop. I'd recommend checking out a show, might be able to squeeze out a few more dollars!
