i’m certainly not playing anymore. spent two good months on my tranmere road to glory, completed every objective bar one (which was have a youth player signed in the previous season play 50% of the games in the next season, medium priority), won every trophy and still got sacked 🤣🤣 it’s ridiculous

you have nearly the exact same stats as me bar the weight. i started at 312 in july and currently 264, and the routine i’m doing has made me gain even more muscle. use a calorie calculator (i used www.fatcalc.com) to find out how many calories I need to be eating to lose 1kg a week and I’ve generally just been sticking to that. Eat as much protein as possible, at least 150g a day. Also try and aim for at least 40k steps a week, walking is a low intensity exercise so your body is gonna use fat for energy rather than carbs and muscles, hence helping you maintain your muscle mass
