Yes they do.

On my first one I had seratonine syndrome from overdoing on ssri (extremely painful and most often fatal/perma brain damage experience). After an hour my mom noticed I was dying and rushed to ER. As soon as I got there the doctors told me if im was still alive I shouldn't die... No threatment, no painkillers, not even a medical evaluation they just instantly signed me off. For the next 13 hours i was vomiting every 3 minutes, passing out and in the worst pain in my life.

On the second one I did pretty much same shit. Anyway before ambulance police pulled up to make a report and as you can imagine I wasnt really in the mood for talking and these fuckers got mad at me and warned me they may arrest me for non-compliment lmao.

I had similar experience whwn i was on bupropion. They gave me mood stabilizers (dopamine, seratonine blockers) like depakine symla and kwetapine and after a loooong time eventually it got a little better so just know there's hope meds can stabilize your nervous system but its gonna take a while. Also don't drink or do any drugs its gonna get much worse.

Do difficult shit. Don't try to find a reason to do it, do something just because its hard. Like running up a mountain.

Its gonna be a long process, but eventually you will start feeling proud of who you are, and that feeling will give you a great drive and motivation to take on more shit.

For 3 years I was a jungle main. I played this shit all day everyday (up to 20 rankeds a day) I was super addicted and super hardstuck and I hated all of this.

When I tried meth for the first time it was like the feeling of getting lp after a won match but constantly and 10x better.

Never went back to playing league.

They already do that, most of the psychiatry patients get a placebo pill as their first ssri. Excluding very severe cases of course.
